Prior to joining the Scientific User Facilities Division in May 2010, Phil Kraushaar was a project manager in the Office of Project Management at Argonne National Laboratory. He was a member of the Argonne Rare Isotope Accelerator and the subsequent Facility for Rare Isotopes Beam proposal teams. While at Argonne, he implemented the enterprise project management software tools (Primavera) to support the lab wide Earned Value Management System.

Dr. Kraushaar has worked at four of DOE’s national laboratories, which include Fermi National Lab (thesis research), the Superconducting Super Collider Laboratory (Collider Machine Group and Accelerator String Test Facility), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (Spallation Neutron Source Project) and Argonne National Laboratory (Office of Project Management). He has also worked in oil and gas exploration (Shell Oil) and in the accelerator production of radioisotopes for medical applications. (International Isotopes, Inc.).
