Site Tour Registration

A site tour will be held on January 18, 2024 at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. Registration is required for attendance. The deadline for registration is January 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time. To register, submit an email with the following information to FNALcompetition@science.doe.gov. The subject line of the email should read, “Site Tour – Registration”.

  5. Email Address
  6. Name of Attendee(s), Citizenship Affirmation, and Real ID Credential – multiple individuals from the same organization can register in the same email. However, the following information must be included for each individual listed.
    • Name – full name as depicted on the individual’s government-issued photo ID
    • Email Address
    • Citizenship Affirmation – a statement must be included affirming that the individual registrant is a United States citizen. Only United States citizens may attend this event. Non-United States citizens will not be permitted on site for this event. All attendees will be asked to show a government-issued photo ID to access the FNAL site.
    • Real ID Credential – indicate whether or not the individual has a Real ID compliant credential. Individuals who do not have a Real ID compliant credential will be required to have an escort while on site who will be provided by DOE.
  7. Site Tour Facility Request – indicate any specific FNAL facilities you would like to have included on the site tour.
  8. DOE intends to post the list of attendee organizations on the competition website. Indicate whether or not you agree to the posting of your organization and point of contact (identified above) on the list. Your organization will not be listed unless you furnish your agreement.

Additional information will be provided to all registrants after the registration deadline. This information will be provided utilizing the list of names and email addresses received in response to item 6 above.
